I really love flowers and Spring. The day I took this was beautiful and I glowed with excitement as I burned through two batteries in my camera.

When we think about Love, what do we imagine? When we try to draw a scene in our mind, do we see what other see? Do love have imaginative boundaries, or is it just another alternative perspective?

This is just about my most prized possession – a 1929 Dieudonné violin bought in Manhattan in 1931 as a wedding gift from my grandmother to my grandfather. I rescued it from the bottom of a closet about 10 years ago and have been guarding it jealously ever since. Playing it is as close to my grandfather as I can get.

Wikipedia says this about Poutine: "Poutine is a dish consisting of French fries topped with fresh cheese curds, covered with brown BBQ chicken gravy and sometimes other additional ingredients. It is a quintessential Canadian comfort food, especially but not exclusively among Québécois." This particular poutine comes from a Mini-Golf restaurant in my hometown of Prévost where I lived for the better part of my life. To me, this poutine tastes like no other, it reminds me of warm summers days with my parents as well as the carefree innocence of my youth. So, whenever I go back to my hometown, I make a point of ordering a poutine and indulge in a huge calorie intake, but most importantly, a simple way to put a smile on my face.

My husband Sam who has the kindest eyes of anyone I know. For all his grumbling he is the sweetest man and I love him very much.
