Pink Sky – P365 Mar18

I'm still trying to catch up on the backlog of P365 photos. My apologies for the huge delays. The dates in the title are the dates the photos were taken, and the description is written in "present tense". Not long after sunset tonight, one of those rare moments occurred when the entire world turned a shade of colour. This time is was a striking pinky/mauve. I've never seen the sky like this before, and the colour as you see it above was pretty much exactly as it looked to my eyes. It was remarkable, but only lasted a couple of minutes. I had to grab my camera and run to the street to get these two otherwise boring photos.
