That’s a great idea! And you know, it actually IS art.

  • This is such a fantastic and noble project that you’ve decided to take on. Photography is a powerful medium (probably the most powerful), and you have found a major opportunity to do something special.

And I too would argue that this is definitely art. In particular, I’m especially moved by the first and last photos in this post. They tell a story on their own, but they’re also part of a bigger story. They’re simple and truthful. They force the viewer to evaluate the scene and pose thoughtful questions to themselves… Who is this woman? What is she suffering from? Is she in pain? How has this affected her family? etc.

Art isn’t always about sunsets, flowers, and kittens. It’s about life.

  • Thank you both so much for your kind words and encouragement. You both are two of my greatest inspirations in art and photography, so your support means a great deal. I’ll do my best to live up to my goals and ambitions for this project, and to hopefully make exceptional art.

  • This is a very interesting and worthwhile project and also I’d imagine a hard one…

    I wish you well

  • This is the most weird photo blog idea I ever seen.
But It taught me immediately that arthritis doesn’t hit only old people and it is a bad disease to live with.
About you I would use my girlfriend favourite quote “Love is beautiful”.

Best wishes for you and your wife!
