This post is a bit of a “bitsa” as my grandma used to call a meal made up from various left-overs, and remains of almost emptied packets.

Although the arthritis effects every joint in Naomi’s body to some degree, her ankles are by far the most painful and crippling.

It’s summer down under (well almost), and that means trips to the beach. This time to the gorgeous Chelsea Beach with a bunch of friends from the Manifest forums.

Last night, after many months of on-and-off work, Naomi completed what I think is one of her most beautiful beaded artworks yet, a green, silver and black beaded feather headpiece.

The Canon Photo5 competition has come to an end and the winners posted, but not without controversy!
