The spare room has been cleared out, painted and is now officially the “studio”! Take a tour and check out some of the features and things I still want to change.

In the ongoing process to convert our spare room into a studio, I’ve now completely cleared out the room, and today I painted the walls white.
Spare Room Photo Studio – Before
A little while ago, my brilliant wife suggested I convert our spare room (read as: junk room) into a small studio. At first I wasn’t convinced the tiny room would be big enough, but then I realised small is a lot bigger than nothing at all! So now before me, I have the challenge of finding room for all the stuff in this room, so I can clear it out and make it mine :)

Cicada wing macro super panorama – P365 Jan04
I found this beautiful Cicada wing in our garden while doing some tidying up for the holidays. I’ve held on to it since then waiting for the time to photograph it properly. This is a large, high resolution macro panorama, similar to the fossil shrimp panorama I did a few weeks back.
