Last weekend was the Supanova Pop Culture Expo for 2009 in Melbourne. Here are a selection of my favourite photos from the event.

This post is a bit of a “bitsa” as my grandma used to call a meal made up from various left-overs, and remains of almost emptied packets.

The Canon Photo5 competition has come to an end and the winners posted, but not without controversy!

The patterns of nature repeat everywhere, and on vastly different scales. On the left are blown bubbles, on the right is a simulation of the structure of clusters of millions of galaxies.

I’m very excited about this photo. It’s one of those ideas that popped into my head, and all the way through, from organising to shooting, to the final result, everything pretty much ended up how I originally imagined it. Everything just went right!
