The day after another wedding, this shoot posed some challenges. By the celebration after the ceremony, however, I was having a great time, along with everyone else, and took some very energetic photos.

How exciting! 2500 promo photo flyers were delivered this monring, ready for me to get out and start promoting my photography business.

I made a life decision a few weeks ago – I want to be a photographer. Since making this decision I have been working hard to make it a reality.

A few weeks ago, I was at the Melbourne Anime Festival (Manifest) photographing in an on-site studio in a professional capacity. I thought that it might be useful for readers of the blog for me to describe my experience at Manifest, how it worked and what I learned.

The first in hopefully a series of photographic job case studies, this is a look at how the workflow for a paid photography job worked. In part one I indroduce my client, their brief and the concepts we presented to them. Hopefully you will gain an insight to how I work.
