For those of you who have sold prints before, how do you determine the price of a print? I'm sure that the actual cost, size, frame/no frame, signed/unsigned, limited edition/not are all factors, but how do they factor in. And are there other factors?

As a concrete example, someone recently said they were interested in buying one of my panoramic photographs. It's approximately 7"x22", currently unmounted. How much would you sell it for

While it's not exactly what you're looking for, the stock photo price calculator will be useful for giving you an indication of the value of a stock photo.  You'll then need to take into account the cost of printing / framing / etc.
