As said by Preachers Photography:
The only rule for this game is that you use the first letter of the last word on the picture before yours.
For example, I'll start off with:
Shooting the Shooter
The first letter of the last word in my title is "S" so the next person must post a picture with a title that begins in an "S".
"Silly Game" or "Striped Polecat" or "Swimming Pool"... anything that begins with an "S"
The way to make it challenging is to try and never duplicate a photo. If someone posts a Swimming Pool, then don't post a "Small Swimming Pool". This is not a hard and fast rule, just a guideline.

Edit: To post images from Flickr - get the code from the "all sizes" link, and strip out all of the attributes from the tags (that is, the title, alt, width and height attributes) when you paste it into your post.
