Naomi and I took Naomi’s brother Nathan to the local Emerald Lake Park to show him around our home town a bit. A beautiful cherry tree was one of the many flowering plants there.

This photo was taken with the lens TOUCHING the leaf. The Sigma 8mm fisheye was set to f22, focused to its shortest focus distance, and leaned against a window with the leaf in between. The details of the leaf are in focus despite the extreme proximity of the subject.
