Instructions for how to see the 3D effect can be read here.
With a white teapot on an infinity sweep background, I set the camera with Loreo3D lens to keep the shutter open for several seconds. Then from an oblique angle, I drew lines over the teapot with the laser in various shapes and patterns. It was my hope that the lines would reveal the shape of the teapot when seen in 3D, and I think the effect works fairly well. It's not as contrasty as I would have liked, as the white surfaces scattered the laser light very well so there is a lot of diffuse light illuminating the teapot as well, rather than just the laser lines.
