Well that was a nice alternative to the usual type of project we do here! Maybe I’ll have to do something like that again! Due to unforeseen circumstances, rather than running the planned project for May, I decided to do a “lite” photo project and ask everyone to photograph something they love, and then “Share the Love” with the blog readers. There was no voting, no judging, just a whole lot of warm fuzziness.
There were twenty one submissions, and not surprisingly, family and loved ones were a very popular subject. It’s obvious, really, that the people we care for in our lives are the first things on our mind when we think of love. But there was a wonderfully wide variety of other subjects, including pets, places, things and even food!
We are an emotional species, and it makes me happy that so many were able to share an important part of that with everyone via the blog. I hope you all enjoyed participating and watching as much as I did running it.
You can see the full list of submissions here.
I’ve decided that even though the month of the project is over, I’m going to leave the submission form on the project page for anyone else to share the love. Since there’s no voting, there’s no need to shut the project down, and latecomers might still want to share the love!
Thank you to everyone who participated, I hope you’ll join in on the May project, 3D for Everyone. There a free gift for everyone and a great prize for the winner!
Oh and just a little afterthought, vaguely related to sharing the love – something I just found online. I would LOVE to have one of these! *drool*

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share the love, what we love the most on this Earth. I wait for other opportunities for sharing
