We were invited to our neighbour’s place for a cuppa and from his deck we gained a whole new perspective of our front yard. I have a lot of work ahead of me to turn it into something that matches our vision.
This panorama was created by stitching together two horizontal iPhone camera panoramas.

It’s funny, because if she doesn’t get her tea, she’s anything but calm ;)

The local community ran a "weeds for trees" day, where we could take a weed to be identified and get information on how to control it, and in exchange we were given some tree saplings. This will eventually grow into a tall wattle tree, which will look beautiful in flower among the tall gums in our front yard. From little things big things grow.

This kangaroo and joey were among the many kinds of native wildlife we spotted on a sunset drive through Wilson’s Prom National Park on the weekend.
We were spending our first weekend there as a family in my sister’s new holiday house. It’s such a beautiful part of the country!
